In accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data numbered 6698, your personal data may be processed by Aksa Turizm İşletmeleri A.Ş. as the data controller, within the scope described below.

To provide you with the best possible hotel, accommodation, and related products and services at our campuses,
Follow-up and management of guest requests and complaints,

Execution of accounting and financial processes,
Conducting business analysis and evaluation studies related to the services we offer,
Information technology management activities such as backing up internal information and ensuring cybersecurity,

Tracking of contract processes and legal claims,
Planning and execution of guest relationship management processes.

Your collected personal data may be processed within the scope of your explicit consent for the purposes of planning and executing marketing processes of Products and Services, conducting profiling and analysis activities, customizing Products and Services according to your likes, usage habits, and needs, and sending commercial electronic messages such as advertisements, promotions, etc. to your contact information you have shared within the scope of your consent, and sharing them with third parties we receive services from to ensure the delivery of these messages.

Your personal data is collected in physical environments through printed forms, acceptance desks, and our employees during your verbal or written meetings before and during the presentation of the products and services of our Company; in electronic media, through the channels you contact us with through the internet site and social media channels, before and during the presentation of the products and services of our Company, based on legal reasons related to the establishment or performance of the contract and the legitimate interests of our Company.
Your personal data will only be collected with your explicit consent for the purpose of planning and executing marketing processes and customizing our products and services according to your likes and usage habits.
Rights of the Personal Data Owner Listed in Article 11 of the Law As the personal data owner, we inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:
Learning whether your personal data is processed,
Requesting information if your personal data has been processed,
Learning the purpose of processing your personal data and whether they are used appropriately for their purpose,
Knowing the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
Requesting correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and, within this scope, requesting the notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Requesting the deletion or destruction of your personal data in case the reasons requiring their processing cease to exist, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and within this scope, requesting the notification of the transactions made to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred,
Objecting to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,
Demanding the compensation of the damage in case you incur damage due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
You can send your applications regarding your above-mentioned rights to our company. Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and at the latest within thirty days; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, you may be charged a fee according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
